Politics is a frustrating game.
In my experience, the two-party system always led me to pick the lesser of two evils and sacrifice my integrity to do so.
The system certainly wasn’t intended to work that way, and it doesn’t have to remain that way.
When the two-party system was formed, the United States was a lot more homogeneous, and it worked well for a time.
Now, as each of the two major political parties have tried to appeal to special interest group after special interest group, they’ve put together platforms that are internally conflicting. And we all suffer as a result.
Free-market individualism or economic libertarianism and social conservatism makes no sense (and this “fusionism” wasn’t even heard of until the 1950s). Morality is, quite frankly, bad for business.
Nor does social market collectivism and social liberalism make any sense. With greater social welfare ought to come greater responsibility.
That’s where Solidarity comes in, and Peter Sonski, our 2024 presidential candidate.
The Young Americans for Solidarity wants to send a message to the political establishment that we’re tired of their inconsistency and corruption.
We want to establish being pro-life for the whole life as the norm, and which is why we support economic and social policies that help the poor and disenfranchised and build strong families and strong communities.
